Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Styles with existing templates: 100–200 pairs depending on the model; custom-developed styles: from 1,000 pairs. Sampling always comes before mass production.
Do you support OEM/ODM customization?
Yes. As a leather footwear manufacturer we offer OEM (your brand and design) and ODM (we develop styles, materials and colors), with customizable logo, colors and packaging.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling usually takes 7-12 days, plus 3-7 days for international express delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment; flexible terms can be discussed for long-term partners.
Can you ship to multiple countries?
Yes. We export worldwide — Europe, North America, Japan, the Middle East and Southeast Asia — by sea and by air.
Do you make shoes in materials other than genuine leather?
Yes. Genuine leather is our specialty, and we also produce shoes in PU and other synthetic materials, so you can match your target market positioning and price point.
